How to Use a Discount Code or eGift Card Code
This guide explains how to apply your Discount Code or eGift Card Code during checkout on our Australian www.frankandbeans.com.au and New Zealand www.frankandbeans.co.nz.
You can only apply codes during the Payment step of checkout.
Step 1: Open Your Cart
After adding products, your cart will appear in the right-hand pop-out.
Click Start Checkout.
Step 2: Complete Shipping Details
Enter your:
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Shipping method
Click Next to continue to the Payment page.
Step 3: Apply a Discount Code
On the Payment page:
- Scroll down to the section labelled Discount code.
- Click the dropdown arrow to expand it.
- Enter your discount code exactly as provided.
- Confirm or apply the code.
If successful, the discount will appear in green in your order summary.
Example:Discount (7 Garments - save 20%)
Step 4: Apply an eGift Card Code
On the same Payment page:
- Scroll to eGift card code.
- Click the dropdown arrow to expand it.
- Enter your eGift card code exactly as shown in your email.
- Confirm or apply.
The value will be deducted from your order total.
Important Information
- Codes must be applied before clicking Place order.
- Codes cannot be added after payment is completed.
- Discount codes and eGift card codes are entered separately.
- If your eGift card does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using:
- Credit or Debit Card
- PayPal
- Afterpay
- Klarna
Troubleshooting
If your code is not working:
- Check spelling and capital letters.
- Ensure the code has not expired.
- Confirm any minimum spend requirement is met.
- Make sure the code has not already been used.
- Remove any extra spaces before or after the code.
Example: Hidden Spaces Can Cause Rejection
If your code is:
SAVE20
It must be entered exactly like this:
SAVE20
These entries will not validate:
[space]SAVE20 – space at the front
SAVE20[space] – space on the rear
[space]SAVE20[space] – space and the front and rear
SAVE2o – letter used instead of zero
Even though it may look correct, a hidden space at the beginning or end will cause the system to reject the code.
If you copied and pasted the code from an email or message, delete it completely and type it manually to ensure no extra spaces are included.
