I Forgot My Password – How Do I Reset It?

Updated on 14/02/2026This guide explains how to reset your password on our Australian website www.frankandbeans.com.au and our New Zealand website www.frankandbeans.co.nz.
Step 1: Open the Sign In Page
- Click the account icon (human head) in the top right corner of the website.
- The Sign in or create an account screen will appear.
Step 2: Enter Your Email
- Enter your email address.
- Click Continue, or sign in using your social account if applicable.
If an account exists with that email address, you will be prompted to enter your password.
Step 3: Click “Forgot your password?”
If you do not remember your password:
- Click Forgot your password?
- A new screen will appear.
Step 4: Request the Reset Email
- Enter your email address again.
- Click Send password reset email.
You will see a green confirmation message:
“We’ve sent a password reset link to your email address!”
Step 5: Check Your Email
Check your inbox for an email with the subject:
Secure password reset request
If you do not see it:
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- Ensure you entered the correct email address.
Step 6: Set Your New Password
- Open the email.
- Click the button Set a New Password.
- You will be redirected to our website.
On this page:
- Enter your email address to confirm the account.
- Enter your New password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click Save new password.
Step 7: Sign In Again
Once saved, return to the Sign In page and log in using your new password.
Important Notes
- Password reset links are secure and time sensitive.
- If you do not receive the reset email, ensure you are using the same email address used to create your account.
- If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or PayPal, you may need to log in using that same method.
