How long will it take until my order arrives?

When you place your order by 6 PM AEST/ADST we’ll ship your order the next day*  
*next business day applies.

If you place your order over the weekend your order will ship the next business day. Please note during peak and or sale periods orders placed over the weekend may not ship until Monday night/Tuesday morning.

Five shipping options are available at checkout, as outlined below.

3. Standard Delivery (3 – 8 Business Days)

Western Australia (WA), Regional, Country, Remote and Island locations can take extra additional days for final delivery to occur due to the distance from our Sydney warehouse to your shipping address.

New Zealand

International
Orders are sent using Australia Post or DHL eCommerce, shipping times vary on the country location.
Average delivery times for International orders are between 5 – 9 business days, all international orders come with full online tracking.

For international orders shipped via Australia Post and DHL eCommerce, these orders are handed over to your country’s local postal company for final delivery. For example, your delivery address is in the USA, then your order will be delivered by USPS.
